Your Mission Listen. Understand. Win. You will develop the German-speaking Swiss market and strategically acquire major clients. In doing so, you&rsquo;ll navigate complex sales cycles (CHF 400k &ndash; 1 million) and manage deals from initial concept to close&mdash;with a real impact on our expansion. You&rsquo;ll work within a clear outbound and account-based marketing framework and have the freedom to think big, act boldly, and take ownership.
What to Expect
Top-Level Strategic Sales &bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Building and developing a clearly focused portfolio (30&ndash;40 accounts) &bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Identifying and engaging relevant C-level stakeholders &bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Early positioning in transformation projects (prior to the RFP phase)
 Pipeline &amp; Deal Execution &bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Building a robust, qualified pipeline &bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Managing complex sales cycles (3&ndash;12 months) &bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Coordinating the entire buying center (HR, IT, Finance, Executive Level) &bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Negotiating and closing deals
 Customer Impact &bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Deep understanding of business processes and HR transformations &bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Development of compelling value propositions &bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Building long-term, strategic customer relationships &bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
 Collaboration &amp; Organization &bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Work in close partnership with a Senior Pre-Sales Consultant based in Zurich &bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Direct interaction with Sales Leadership on strategic accounts &bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Strong management involvement on deals &gt;500k CHF
 What You Bring to the Table &bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;5&ndash;8 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the SaaS/tech sector &bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Proven track record in new business (hunter mentality) &bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Experience with complex, multi-stage sales processes &bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Confident stakeholder management up to the C-level &bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Strong communication and negotiation skills &bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Structured, self-directed work style &bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Willingness to travel throughout German-speaking Switzerland
 Languages &bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Swiss German required (native or equivalent) &bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;English (fluent, both spoken and written) &bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;French (a plus)
